Gasabdichtung/Reibung?

  • Da ich gerade versuche Ladungen auszurechnen mit der aktuellen Nightly frage ich mich wie man festellt/misst welche Gasabdichtung oder welchen Reibungwiderstand ein Geschoss hat.

    Wenn ich bei TOG oder den Woodleigh "dickwandig" auswähle ändert sich der Gasdruck drastisch.

    Ab wann gilt ein Geschoss als dickwandig?

    um diese Frage zu klären müsstest du dich wahrscheinlich mit einigen Formeln und Kennwerten herumschlagen. Man kann das bestimmt über die Reibfläche, den spezifischen Reibungskoeffizienten und der Dicke des Geschosses ausrechnen. Das heißt aber Formelsammlungen und Tabellen wälzen.

    Daher gehe ich davon aus das dir bisher noch niemand auf deine Frage geantwortet hat. Nicht weil man keine Lust hat sich damit auseinander zu setzen, sondern vielmehr weil man gar nicht weiß wo man da genau ansetzen soll.


    Für GRT kann ich bisher nur von meinen Erfahrungen beim Wiederladen von .45ACP und .357 Mag berichten. Wenn du hier deine zu verladenden Komponenten richtig auswählst, kommst du schon sehr nahe an die Wirklichkeit. Da aber so viele Faktoren beim Laden der eigenen Munition mit rein spielen, sehe ich das Tool mehr als Hilfestellung um nicht in gefährliche Bereiche zu kommen. Ich nutze es neben den von Herstellern angegebenen Ladedaten als zusätzliches Feature.


    Als Beispiel .357 Mag mit H&N Geschossen und VV Pulver. GRT errechnet hier eine v0 von 377m/s, gemessen wurden 371m/s im Durchschnitt.


    Ich weiß das beantwortet dir nicht konkret deine Frage.


    Aber versuch mal evtl. Ladedaten aus dem Internet zu finden und überprüfe diese dann mit Hilfe von GRT.

  • Der Anfangsgasdruck ist, wie ich festgestellt habe, eine sehr komplexe Größe, die extrem schwer zu kalkulieren ist. Auch Crimp und Wandstärke am Hülsenhals sind hierfür entscheidend.

    Ich würde einfach die V0 messen und dann, wenn alle anderen Parameter sicher stimmen, den Anfangsgasdruck erhöhen oder senken.

    Berechnen ist, wie der Kollege im Beitrag zuvor, vermutlich fast unmöglich.

    Ich habe mich im Studium mit solchen Berechnungen herum schlagen dürfen - gut, da ging es nicht um Munition, aber das Prinzip ist das gleiche.


    Letztlich ist das kein Hexenwerk wenn man die Vorbildung hat. Bei mir ist das bereits so lange her, dass mir der Aufwand Formeln heraus zu suchen bereits zu viel Arbeit bedeutet. Letztlich ist das was Du vor hast den Aufwand nicht wert weil Du viele Werte und Variablen gar nicht kennst.


    Und so wird eben mit Richtwerten gearbeitet und das passt dann +-


    Die Antworten die du bereits bekommen hast sollten ausreichen um dir das zu verdeutlichen.


    Aber ich kann die Frage verstehen. Ich fand auch mal die publizierte Zahl der im Universum befindlichen Atome zu klein. Ich habe das dann mal überschlagen und siehe - das passte doch - ist eben auch eine +- Zahl.


    Manchmal hat man halt solche Fragen... :winke:

    Hab drei Ladungen .357 gerechnet und gemessen (Durchschnitt). Geschossdaten und Hülsenvolumen jeweils gemessen,

    ansonsten Standardvorgaben


    #1 mit leichtem Tapercrimp und 9,5grs - Berechnet: 306,5m/s Gemessen: 306,2m/s - - - - passt!


    #2 mit leichtem Tapercrimp und 10grs - Berechnet: 321,3m/s Gemessen: 322,5m/s - - - passt!


    #3 mit kräftigem Rollcrimp und 10,2grs - Berechnet: 327,2m/s Gemessen: 348,5m/s - - - passt NICHT!

    #3 mit auf 250bar korrigiertem Anfangsdruck - Berechnet: 351m/s - - - passt!


    Das ist natürlich auch noch abhängig vom verwendeten Pulver . . . . . .

    Der Unterschied ist beträchtlich.

    Deshalb suche ich eine Möglichkeit diesen Wiedrstand irgendwie herauszufinden.

    Wie soll man sonst vorgehen?

    Denn es gibt ja noch einen Parameter den man beachten muss, den Anfangsgasdruck.Wenn jetzt also eine Messung beim BA Klarheit schafft was passt man an?

    Um die Einstellung zu verifizieren, habe ich nochmal die Ladung 1, nur diesmal ebenfalls mit starkem Rollcrimp und 250bar Anfangsdruck, getestet.


    #4 mit starkem Rollcrimp und 9,5grs - Berechnet: 326,5m/s Gemessen: 323m/s - - - - passt!

  • Mir geht es eher um Langwaffenkaliber.

    Dieses Geschoss darf man wohl mit gutem REcht als "dickwandig" im GRt eintragen:
